I wanted to share two things with you. Recently I’ve been on a vacation In a place Where there is absolutely no Wi-fi Phones are out of reach There is nothing. Maybe just couple of radio stations And I realized, right in that spot how much in our daily lives we receive informations that are really ”not so much important” Look at the example *bunch of informations with heavy metal music in the background And now imagine hundreds of informations, thousands of informations… that we are absorbing daily … …How they are affecting us? *BOOM! I am very glad that Stefan (Serbian name) from Požarevac (City in Serbia) the guy I don’t even know became uncle and that he celebrated that in local bistro and I beleive that, that bistro is great. …and 764th funny dog video hihi, it is funny actually. But I am interested in one thing. Did those new informations that I got, take the place of some information that is maybe important to me? Or that place should stay empty ,
so the brain can ”breathe more easily” I started forgetting things. I began being late. And I am never late. I don’t like that at all… And I think that is because of all ridiculous informations that are piling up in my head. And then I found ,at least partly, solution of the problem There is an App, called Moment It tells you how much time you spend on your phone I installed the app And used it for 4-5 days And it showed me that I use my phone 4,5 – 5 hours a day… You have to admit – it is spectacularly much There has to be a smarter way to spend your time… The solution that I suggest is quite simple. It’s called Airplane mode Try at least for one day, to push that magic button When you make it for a day try for two days When you make it for two days try seven days I am certain that your life will be much more beautiful …And the second thing I wanted to talk about… We are not beings that are constructed to be between four walls and still, we are all day – every day between that four walls We wake up in the morning, we drink coffee between our four walls People go to work, eight hours sit between the walls Driving their cars, that are also some kind of walls Compare that with animals in cages They get heavily depressed or they get angry And after all that we still ask ourselves ”Why are we mad all the time? Why we are in a bad mood? Why we are sad?” Whenever we have the chance, we have to visit some river, some mountain To get rest, and to cool down our engines from things that happen to us on daily basis We are not made for walls and screens! I hope this video made sense. I have nothing to add Except… Folks…get out! Ciao!
